Hello all, The hiking club successfully conducted a two days hike to Kalinchowk on 11th and 12th February, 2023. 20 of us gathered at Deerwalk Complex at around 7:20 a.m. and then headed towards our destination. On the way, as we were all very excited for our trip, the bus filled with our laughter and the voice of our chit chat. A couple hours later at 9:20 am, we stopped at the 55 Kilo Cafe for our breakfast. It had a scenic view, which we enjoyed with warm tea and clicking a few pictures. After some time, we went back to the bus and for the journey ahead, we spent our time singing and dancing to different songs. Around 1:30 pm, we reached Deurali, where we booked two jeeps for our destination of Kuri village. After two hours in jeeps along the dusty road, we finally reached the village, where we were treated to a beautiful view. We engaged in a short hike to one of the hills and took several pictures on the way. As time went by, the wind became more and more chilly, so we went back

We arrived at the next suspension bridge after about an hour of hiking. We stopped for about 5 minutes since everyone was fatigued before continuing the journey. We followed the hiking track rather than the built-up road; thus, the hike was really difficult. Some others found the ascent difficult. The organizers volunteered to help. Several really kind people met us on the way up. There was a volleyball court when we arrived. The locals, who were really nice, gave us a ball to play with. We took a short break to play volleyball. We thanked the folks before continuing on our trek. After almost an
